**Introduction**

I am the DAO Lead at [Kleros](https://kleros.io/), a decentralized dispute resolution protocol that could be seen as a Subjective Oracle. As a delegate, I will represent the interests of the Kleros Cooperative within SafeDAO. The Kleros Cooperative received SAFE tokens through an airdrop on [this address](https://debank.com/profile/0x5112d584a1c72fc250176b57aeba5ffbbb287d8f/history), that holds one of the largest set of validators for Gnosis Beacon Chain. The voting power of the SAFE tokens have been delegated to my personal address.

As a delegate, I will always vote with the long-term interests of SafeDAO in mind and will disclose the rationale behind my voting decisions in this thread.

**Kleros and SafeDAO**

Kleros is a protocol that has been operational since 2018, offering a transparent, efficient, and fair method for resolving disputes by harnessing the wisdom of crowds. In [this dashboard](https://klerosboard.com/1), you can view the protocol’s activity on Ethereum and on GnosisChain. Kleros maintains a close relationship with the Gnosis ecosystem, reinforced by a token swap between the two projects to strengthen this partnership.

Kleros is interested in SafeDAO because it has notably developed Kleros SafeSnap, a module within the Zodiac Framework of Gnosis Guild. This Optimistic Governance solution utilizes a [custom Reality Module](https://docs.kleros.io/integrations/types-of-integrations/1.-dispute-resolution-integration-plan/channel-partners/kleros-reality-module), enabling off-chain voting with on-chain execution. It can also be used to [separate powers](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HDSZsl1Zk4c) within DAOs (for example, by allowing proposal checks against a constitution). This module is currently deployed in 1inchDAO and ShutterDAO.

Kleros Treasurer @JuanSamitier also extensively uses Safe App to manage the Kleros Cooperative’s assets. Monthly activity can be seen in [these reports](https://kleros.io/treasury/).

**Disclosure of Conflict(s) of Interest:**

Kleros Cooperative have invested in @Hopper as a project that can grow its ecosystem. I am also personally involved as a delegate in Arbitrum, Paraswap, and Shutter DAOs. Should any potential conflicts of interest arise, I commit to disclosing them promptly and vote “Abstain” on the specific proposal.
