Proposal: [[SEP 50] Establishing a DAO Oversight Committee to bring Strategy, Process & Accountability to Treasury Management to the SafeDAO](https://snapshot.box/#/s:safe.eth/proposal/0xdacffcf9fbba9ad0889f30657d9f079ce0e00e2b9db3f0a60759f9305419aff5) Vote: Abstain Reasoning: We agree with the rationale of the proposal and agree active treasury management would be productive for Safe DAO. However, we don’t know enough about the process and where the proposers stand in it. As karpatkey, we received similar criticism in the past and see a point to it. For the benefit of creating fair structures and effective service to Safe DAO, we suggest either none or every possible treasury manager to be involved in defining the structure. For these reasons, we voted Abstain.
