Safe Foundation and World Foundation strengthen economic alignment through a 5-year token swap, the inaugural partnership in the 5M SAFE Ecosystem Alignment Program.

**What this means:**

- **Bilateral token swap** — SAFE and WLD tokens exchanged to create genuine economic exposure between both ecosystems

- **5-year commitment** — structured for long-term alignment, not short-term incentives

World has onboarded more than 37M individuals to self-custody, building on Safe smart accounts from day one. This swap formalizes the alignment between two ecosystems already deeply intertwined, and signals the Safe Foundation’s broader strategy: as self-custody infrastructure matures from experimental to essential, Safe positions itself economically alongside the teams making that transition possible.
